WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?

WHICHÂ INSURANCES ARE YOU IN NETWORK WITH?
We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Cigna. Please feel free to contact me to determine your insurance needs or to get answers to any questions you may have.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT MET MY DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE YEAR?
Clients who do not have mental health coverage or have not met their deductible will pay the self-pay rate. Once the deductible has been met, only the copay will be due at each session.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
The current self-pay rate is $75 per session. If you have mental health insurance coverage, the amount due at each session will be determined by deductible or copay amounts.
ARE THERE SITUATIONS WHERE YOU CHARGE LESS FOR THOSE IN NEED?
Anyone can discuss their needs with me and we can determine on a case by case basis what the charge will be.

Seeds of Hope Counseling is located inside of the Broken Wings Ministry building at 168 Jail House Rd in Ackerman, MS. Enter through the door with the Seeds of Hope logo.
